About the role

The Marketing Leadership Development Program is a full-time analyst opportunity in New York or Columbus. Participants complete hands-on training and three rotations across business lines and corporate marketing, developing skills in campaign strategy, customer insights, analytics, brand management, and marketing technology before transitioning into a future marketing role.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends to generate actionable marketing insights.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver campaigns supporting customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Support brand management, customer and market research, promotional materials, and external agency oversight.
  • Measure marketing campaign effectiveness and execute work accurately with a risk and controls mindset.
  • Use AI and emerging technologies to research ideas, draft content, and improve marketing strategies.

Eligibility

  • Pursue a B.A., B.S., fifth-year M.A., or M.S., graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.
  • Demonstrate marketing interest through coursework, prior roles, or school or community leadership.
  • Be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based immigration sponsorship.
  • Manage multiple projects effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, changing environment.
