Role Responsibilities
- Support assessment of investment banking product risk for global consistency.
- Assist documentation of North America procedures for DealWorks and FINCRA processes.
- Review and recommend enhancements to financial crime risk assessment templates.
- Partner with advisory teams to support deal escalation and risk evaluation.
- Organize findings related to AML, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, and Sanctions risk.

Candidate Requirements
- Pursuing undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice, Public Policy, Legal Studies, Pre-Law, or Risk Management.
- Apply sound judgment and analytical thinking in a risk-based environment.
- Manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
- Analyze information and support metrics reporting and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in Anti-Money Laundering, transaction monitoring, or financial crimes risk.
- Interest in data, analytics, program governance, or risk management.
- Undergraduate juniors and seniors preferred.

Program Details
- Location: Jersey City, NJ (exact office near main hubs).
- Cohort start date: 2026-06-15; must report to office on start date.
