Responsibilities
- Combine real-time market intelligence with investor views for actionable insights.
- Develop client-facing presentations and thought leadership materials.
- Support investor relationship development and event planning.
- Participate in equity capital markets deals from pitch to closing.
- Develop innovative solutions for complex business challenges.

Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English (read, write, speak, comprehend).
- Graduation between Dec 2027 and June 2028 from bachelor's or master's program.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.4 on a 4.0 scale.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Master's candidates must complete degree within two years of bachelor's.

Preferred Qualifications
- Strong interest in equity capital markets and investment banking.
- Analytical, accounting, finance, quantitative, and financial modeling skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills with senior professionals and clients.
- Self-directed, motivated, able to work independently and in teams.
