Program Overview

Job Responsibilities
- Build financial models and perform valuation analyses to support client engagements.

- Develop knowledge of companies, industries, and market trends for client coverage.
- Partner with industry and product teams to deliver tailored advice and solutions.
- Manage multiple projects and communicate complex ideas clearly to senior bankers and clients.

Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English; LatAm applicants must also be fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
- Expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027 from bachelor’s or master’s program.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.6 on a 4.0 scale.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.; limited sponsorship for STEM finance degrees.
- Master’s candidates must complete degree within two years of bachelor’s degree.
