Requirements

• Pursuing B.A., B.S., or 5th-year M.A./M.S. graduating Dec 2027–Jun 2028.
• Interest in Human Resources and future of work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptability and learning agility in changing environments.
• Data literacy and proficiency with Excel and AI tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
• Prior HR, people analytics, or organizational development experience.
• Familiarity with HR technology platforms or workforce data tools.
• Experience presenting to senior audiences.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
