Program Details

• 9-week summer internship program.

Responsibilities by Functional Group

• Business Management: Advise on business risks, optimize performance, support strategic planning.
• Controller: Ensure financial statement accuracy, perform reporting and controls functions.
• Financial Analysis: Create financial reports, coordinate budgeting, identify trends and risks.
• Project Management: Support firmwide initiatives, track progress, analyze outcomes.

Requirements

• Pursuing B.A., B.S., or 5th-year M.A./M.S. with graduation by Dec 2027 or June 2028.
• Thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in financial management, analytics, and data.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; digital-first mindset.
• Relevant internship experience and leadership in academics or community.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
• Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools (Tableau, Alteryx, Python).
• Intermediate Excel skills including Vlookup, Pivot Tables, Index Match.
