Responsibilities by Functional Group
- Business Management: Advise on business risks and optimize performance using data insights.
- Controller: Ensure accuracy of financial statements and controls, enhance transparency.
- Financial Analysis: Support strategy with financial reporting, budgeting, and trend analysis.
- Project Management: Support firmwide initiatives, track progress, and analyze outcomes.

Requirements
- Pursuing B.A., B.S., or 5th-year M.A./M.S. with graduation by Dec 2027 or June 2028.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in financial management, analytics, and data.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; digital-first mindset.
- Relevant internship experience and leadership in academics or community.

Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
- Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools like Tableau, Alteryx, Python.
- Intermediate Excel skills including Vlookup, Pivot Tables, Index Match.
