Program Details

• 9-week summer internship in New York Metro area.
• Includes training, mentorship, and exposure to senior leaders.

• Pipeline to a two-year full-time rotational analyst program.
• Full-time program includes two 12-month rotations across functions.

Responsibilities by Functional Group

• Business Management: Advise on business risks and optimize performance using data insights.
• Controller: Ensure accuracy of financial statements and controls, enhance transparency.
• Financial Analysis: Support strategy with financial reporting, budgeting, and trend analysis.
• Project Management: Support firmwide initiatives, track progress, and analyze outcomes.

Requirements

• Pursuing B.A., B.S., or 5th-year M.A./M.S. with graduation by Dec 2027 or June 2028.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in financial management, analytics, and data.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; digital-first mindset.
• Relevant internship experience and leadership in academics or community.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
• Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools like Tableau, Alteryx, Python.
• Intermediate Excel skills including Vlookup, Pivot Tables, Index Match.
