  • Coordinate teams to keep projects on track.
  • Identify risks, solve problems, and adapt to changes.
  • Communicate updates clearly to stakeholders.

  • Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies.
  • Support initiatives to enhance processes and systems.
  • Use data to understand root causes and inform solutions.
  • Help implement sustainable, measurable changes.

Requirements

  • Pursuing B.A., B.S., or 5th-year M.A./M.S. graduating Dec 2027 or June 2028.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Interest in data, analytics, AI, and emerging technologies.
  • Leadership experience in academics, extracurriculars, or work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, team-oriented, with growth mindset and learning agility.

Additional Information

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and business tools required.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.2 preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
