About the role

Full-time Analyst in JPMorganChase’s Commercial & Specialized Industries group, supporting corporations, municipalities, and nonprofits through financial modelling, underwriting, treasury solutions, client research, and business development. The 2.5-year program offers hands-on experience across banking, treasury, underwriting, and strategic projects in a collaborative Toronto team.

Responsibilities

  • Build financial models covering cash flow, leverage, returns, covenants, and sensitivities for financing and credit assessments.
  • Create client-facing pitch books, case studies, and data-driven materials covering financing, working capital, and industry benchmarking.
  • Identify treasury and liquidity opportunities across payments, receivables, liquidity, foreign exchange, and hedging solutions.
  • Support business development through prospect identification, prioritisation, relationship mapping, and coverage planning.
  • Connect client objectives with Commercial Banking, credit, investment banking, markets, and treasury capabilities.
  • Research companies, financial performance, industries, ownership, decision-makers, and competitive positioning for opportunities and client preparation.

Program and Process

  • The program lasts 2.5 years and includes banking, treasury, underwriting, and strategic project experience.
