About the role

The Innovation Development Program is a 2.5-year analyst program focused on product management and innovation within Global Banking. It includes project-based learning, rotations, and prepares analysts for Associate I roles.

Program Structure

• 2.5-year program with 5 months of project-based learning in Global Banking.
• Two 12-month rotations in functional, business, or product teams.
• Focus on product management and innovation in Commercial Banking.
• Work in a collaborative, inclusive environment with diverse teams.
• Located in New York, Chicago, Palo Alto, or Plano.
• Eligible for Associate I positions upon completion.

Requirements

• Graduating between Dec 2026 and June 2027 with minimum 3.2 GPA.
• Authorization to work permanently in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Python, Java, or SQL is a plus.
• Relevant internship experience or coursework in finance, data science, economics, or engineering.
