Program Overview

• Five-week immersive global training with incoming analysts worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and develop strategies to meet financial goals.
• Collaborate with bankers, investment specialists, wealth advisors, and lending specialists.
• Work with market strategy, equity, and alternative investment teams for research and product development.
• Build expertise while learning about the business and clients.
• Engage in mentorship, learning sessions, and networking events.
• Deliver tailored wealth management solutions to clients.

Requirements

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree with expected graduation Dec 2026 - Jun 2027.
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese with cultural knowledge.
• Highly driven and team-oriented to develop complex solutions.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Interest in financial markets and macroeconomic trends.
