Program Overview
- Five-week immersive global training with incoming analysts worldwide.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with advisors and specialists to acquire and serve clients.
- Deliver customized solutions to protect, manage, and grow client wealth.
- Work across teams to tailor approaches to client goals.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Support clients in investments, credit, banking, and trust & estates.
- Provide first-class service exceeding client expectations.
Requirements
- Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree (excluding MBA).
- Master's must be within 2 years of Bachelor's degree.
- Graduation between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Attend college/university in the U.S.
- Strong teamwork, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in financial markets and macroeconomic trends.
