Program Overview

Responsibilities
- Learn fundamentals of client service in a financial advisory role.
- Receive in-depth training on investment products.
- Study for and take the FINRA SIE exam.
- Participate in group projects and job shadowing opportunities.
Requirements
- Well-rounded academic background with interest in client service and financial advice.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant internship or leadership experience.
- Motivated with passion for client service and financial advising.
- Ability to build relationships over phone and in person.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing B.A. or B.S. degree, graduating Dec 2027 to June 2028.
- Finance-related coursework or experience is a plus.
- Preferred minimum GPA of 3.2 out of 4.0.
