Program Overview

Responsibilities

  • Learn fundamentals of client service in a financial advisory role.
  • Receive in-depth training on investment products.
  • Study for and take the FINRA SIE exam.
  • Participate in group projects and job shadowing opportunities.

Requirements

  • Well-rounded academic background with interest in client service and financial advice.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant internship or leadership experience.
  • Motivated with passion for client service and financial advising.
  • Ability to build relationships over phone and in person.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pursuing B.A. or B.S. degree, graduating Dec 2027 to June 2028.
  • Finance-related coursework or experience is a plus.
  • Preferred minimum GPA of 3.2 out of 4.0.
