Program Overview
- 21-month full-time analyst program in Financial Advisor Development.
- Training to transition from Investment Professional to Financial Advisor.
- Focus on client interaction via phone and video.

- Dedicated coach, mentor, and program manager support.
Responsibilities
- Obtain FINRA licenses: SIE, Series 7, and Series 66.
- Support clients with order entry, money movement, and account maintenance.
- Assist clients with brokerage accounts and IRAs over the phone.
- Focus on efficient call handling and client needs identification.
- Document client conversations meeting regulatory requirements.
- Become expert in online platform Chase.com and assist clients navigating it.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or 5th year Master's degree graduating Dec 2026 - June 2027.
- Desire to obtain and pass FINRA licenses and continuing education.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AI tools.
- Passion for client service and wealth management career.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in finance or finance-related courses is a plus.
- Preferred minimum GPA of 3.2 out of 4.0.
