Program Structure

Responsibilities

• Assist with client sales and retention efforts.
• Support financial advisors and consultants with quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Conduct market research and assist in strategic planning.
• Develop relationships with institutional clients like pension plans and sovereign wealth funds.
• Learn asset allocation strategies and investment capabilities across traditional and alternative assets.

Required Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree (no MBA).
• Attending a U.S. college or university.
• Expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong quantitative skills and passion for investing.
