2026 Corporate Tax Internship – Emerging Talent Program
Join JPMorgan Chase's 2026 Corporate Tax Internship to gain hands-on experience in tax accounting, working with professionals on federal and state tax returns and financial data analysis. This part-time to full-time internship runs up to one year starting June 2026.

Role and Responsibilities
- Provide analytical support for tax staff including general ledger account analysis.
- Assist in preparing state apportionment income tax factors like receipts, property, and payroll.
- Prepare assigned Federal, State Income Tax Returns and Forms 5471.
- Analyze Earnings & Profits for JPMorgan Chase controlled foreign corporations.
- Communicate effectively within Corporate Tax and other departments.

Program Details
- Fixed-term internship starting early June 2026, lasting up to one year.
- Work part-time during classes and full-time when classes are not in session.
- No relocation assistance provided.
- Must report to designated office location on start date.
- Locations include Jersey City, NJ; Columbus, OH; Chicago, IL.

Requirements
- Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting or Tax, graduating between 2026 and 2028.
- Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Proficient in Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Must remain enrolled in degree program throughout internship.
