Role and Responsibilities

Program Details

Tracks Available

  • Trading: Provide liquidity, manage risk, respond to market events.
  • Structuring & Origination: Hybrid of sales, trading, banking with derivatives.
  • Sales: Build client relationships and tailor market product solutions.
  • Digital Markets: Manage digital asset projects and collaborate cross-functionally.

Requirements

  • Available full-time in office for entire program duration.
  • Graduation between September 2025 and March 2027.
  • Interest in global financial markets and quantitative work.
  • Strong investigative, quantitative, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to take responsibility and manage projects collaboratively.

Preferred Skills

  • Enjoy numerical and quantitative work for Trading and Structuring.
  • List all fluent languages accurately for appropriate placement.
