Role and Responsibilities

  • Support senior colleagues with research, evaluation, and preparatory work.
  • Monitor markets, develop trade ideas, and conduct portfolio reviews.
  • Learn about financial solutions and products for managing market conditions.
  • Collaborate on projects and take on some responsibility.
  • Engage in one of four tracks: Trading, Structuring & Origination, Sales, or Digital Markets.
  • Contribute valuable work from the start with guidance from JPMorgan professionals.

Program Details

  • Duration: 3-6 months, with quarterly intakes (Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct).
  • Off-cycle internship serves as a pipeline to full analyst program.
  • Hands-on experience, skills training, and professional networking provided.
  • Training includes coding and data analysis for automation and decision-making.
  • Successful completion may lead to full-time analyst offers.
  • Program requires full-time office presence in Frankfurt.

Requirements

  • Graduation date between September 2025 and March 2027.
  • Full-time availability for the entire program duration.
  • Interest in global financial markets and quantitative work.
  • Strong investigative, quantitative, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to manage projects collaboratively.
  • Well-rounded academic background with extracurricular activities.

Preferred Skills

  • Enjoy numerical and quantitative work for Trading and Structuring tracks.
  • List all fluent languages accurately on application.
  • Apply to only one Markets program.
  • Familiarity with roles and skillsets of chosen tracks is recommended.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams for Digital Markets.
  • Interest in digital assets and market infrastructure engagement.
