About the role

Join JPMorgan Chase as a Working Student in Munich for a one-year program starting January 2027. Gain hands-on experience in banking operations, supporting various departments with daily tasks and projects.

Role Overview

• Work 19 hours/week during semester, full-time during breaks, on-site in Munich.
• Support daily banking operations and team governance tasks.
• Participate in projects from initiation to completion.
• Assist with process documentation, automation, and simplification.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare presentations, maintain databases.
• Support data governance, compliance, and regulatory programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide general support on document management and data maintenance.
• Assist in team governance and reporting tasks.
• Collaborate with international teams and other departments.
• Support compliance and regulatory initiatives.
• Help prepare presentations and coordinate meetings.
• Maintain and update databases regularly.

Required Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, graduating January 2028 or later.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law, or related fields.
• Knowledge of additional languages; German fluency often required.
