Role Responsibilities
- Assist in responding to HR queries with timely and accurate support.
- Collaborate with internal partners to resolve routine issues and escalate complex matters.
- Maintain and update standard operating procedures and checklists for compliance.
- Process and manage HR data and documentation accurately in relevant systems.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.

Required Qualifications
- Graduating between June 2027 and December 2027 with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Fluency in English required.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

- Interest in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Governance, Law, Accounting, or Audit.
- Relevant experience within the financial industry.
