Responsibilities
- Support sales executives in all sales business aspects.
- Manage reporting tasks and client requests.
- Send information materials and periodic reports to clients.
- Maintain CRM tools and mailing lists for data accuracy.
- Prepare product presentations and assist marketing pre-event.

Requirements
- Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, graduating October 2028 or later.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in Business Administration, Finance, Wealth Management, or related fields.
- Fluency in German is a plus.
- Knowledge of banking, finance, or investment funds.
- Familiarity with coding or large language models.
