About the role

Full-time Analyst role in JPMorgan's Markets Program in Tokyo, supporting sales teams serving corporate and institutional clients. You will monitor markets, research opportunities, develop trade ideas and contribute to client solutions across asset classes. The program includes four weeks of New York training and begins full-time employment in April 2028.

Responsibilities

• Support senior colleagues with research, analysis and preparatory work for client and team activities.
• Monitor global financial markets and develop trade ideas for corporate and institutional clients.
• Conduct portfolio reviews and learn solutions helping clients manage changing market conditions.
• Build knowledge of products and asset classes, including equities, credit, foreign exchange, commodities and emerging markets.
• Contribute value from the start while collaborating with colleagues in a dynamic sales environment.

Training

• Complete four weeks of instruction in New York covering statistics, economics, credit analysis, valuation and financial modeling.
• Learn about financial markets, asset classes, JPMorgan's organization and the practical skills required for the role.
• Receive training from expert instructors and JPMorgan professionals before beginning full-time employment.
