Program Tracks
- Sales: Build client relationships and tailor financial solutions.
- Trading: Provide liquidity, manage risk, and respond to market events.
Responsibilities
- Support senior colleagues with research and analysis.
- Monitor markets and develop trade ideas.
- Conduct portfolio reviews and learn client solutions.
- Prepare and present market updates and trade recommendations.
- Collaborate with Sales or Trading team members.
- Participate in training and professional development.
Qualifications
- Expected graduation between Sept 2027 and July 2028 from Bachelor’s or Master’s program.
- Master’s must be completed within 2 years of Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and interpretative skills.
- Genuine interest in financial markets and economic trends.
- Ability to multitask and collaborate in teams.
- Strong organizational skills and deadline management.
Skills & Language Requirements
- Confidence and initiative to manage projects independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English required as primary business language.
- Fluency in Mandarin required for Sales desk client engagement.
- Authorized to work in China; no immigration sponsorship provided.
