About the role

Join JPMorganChase's 3- or 6-month off-cycle internship in Istanbul to gain hands-on experience in global markets. Develop skills in trading, structuring, sales, or research while supporting senior colleagues and learning technical and practical skills for a career in financial markets.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support senior colleagues with research, evaluation, and preparatory work.
• Monitor markets and develop trade ideas across asset classes.
• Conduct portfolio reviews and learn client solutions for market conditions.
• Collaborate on projects and manage responsibilities with colleagues.
• Contribute valuable work from the start in a dynamic team environment.

Program Details

• Off-cycle internship lasts 3 or 6 months with quarterly intakes.
• Pipeline to full analyst program upon successful completion.
• Training includes technical, practical skills, coding, and data analysis.
• Assessment centers held at least four months before start dates.
• Start dates available in January, April, July, and October.

Tracks Available

• Trading: Provide liquidity, manage risk, respond to market events.
• Structuring & Origination: Hybrid sales, trading, and banking roles.
• Sales: Build client relationships and tailor market solutions.
• Research: Support market analysis and product development.

Requirements

• Graduation between June 2025 and October 2026.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in global financial markets and quantitative skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage projects.
