- Sales: Build client relationships and tailor financial solutions.
- Trading: Provide liquidity and manage risk across asset classes.
- Structuring & Origination: Develop investor products and hedging solutions.
- Debt Capital Markets: Manage diverse financial products portfolio.

Responsibilities
- Support senior colleagues with research, analysis, and preparatory work.
- Monitor markets and develop trade ideas.
- Conduct portfolio reviews and learn client solutions.
- Prepare and present market updates and trade recommendations.
- Collaborate across Sales, Trading, Structuring & Origination, or Debt Capital Markets.

Requirements
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and interpretative skills.
- Genuine interest in financial markets and economic trends.
- Ability to multitask and collaborate in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Confidence to take responsibility and manage projects.

Language Requirements
- Fluency in English is required.
- Fluency in Korean, Mandarin, or Japanese required for specific market placements.
