About the role

Join JPMorgan's 2027 China Seasonal Internship Program in Research & Analytics for a 6-month immersive experience. Develop financial analysis, valuation modeling, and data analytics skills while supporting investment bankers in Shanghai.

Program Details

• 6-month internship from early July to late December 2027.
• Location: Shanghai, China.
• Exposure to top professionals and networking opportunities.
• Training provided throughout the program.
• Work at least 3 days per week during the internship.
• No relocation assistance for flight or accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial market trends.
• Build valuation models for companies.
• Evaluate financing and risk management practices.
• Provide data analytics to optimize business decisions.
• Develop client-ready materials for bankers.
• Support Asia coverage banker teams.

Requirements

• Pursuing Bachelor or Master's degree, graduating Dec 2027 to July 2028.
• Strong academic background and final year student.
• Working knowledge of finance and accounting.
• Fluent in Chinese and English.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Permanent right to work in Mainland China.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Python, VBA, or SQL programming.
• Additional language skills like Korean or Japanese.
