2028 Corporate - Corporate Analyst Development Program - Full Time Analyst - Tokyo

About the role

A two-year rotational analyst program in Tokyo spanning Operations and core business disciplines. You will develop technical, analytical, and leadership skills through training and three eight-month rotations, contributing to analytics, project management, process improvement, risk assessment, and operational effectiveness while collaborating with Operations and Compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify connections between business opportunities, challenges, and underlying data.
• Work with Operations and Compliance teams to communicate business needs and support projects throughout their life cycles.
• Assess risks, costs, and benefits to identify process improvement opportunities and engage business stakeholders.

Program and Development

• Complete a two-year rotational program with three eight-month rotations across core disciplines and Operations.
• Begin with hands-on training focused on developing technical, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Receive mentoring, senior-leader access, and projects supporting professional development.
• Following successful completion, work with the firm to identify your next role.
