About the role

Join JPMorgan Chase’s Singapore Global Private Bank Advisor Program as a full-time analyst. Build client relationships and help deliver tailored wealth-management solutions across investments, lending, banking, and trust and estate planning. The program offers five-week induction training, ongoing mentorship, networking, and potential promotion to Associate.

Responsibilities

• Build client relationships and support customized wealth-management solutions across investments, lending, banking, and trust and estate planning.
• Partner with bankers, investment specialists, wealth advisors, and lending specialists to support existing clients and win new ones.
• Develop innovative solutions and contribute to products and services tailored to clients’ financial goals.
• Use diverse perspectives to support business innovation in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Training and Development

• Complete a structured five-week induction training program at the start of employment.
• Continue developing through ongoing mentorship, learning opportunities, and firmwide networking.
• Strong potential exists for promotion to Associate after completing the program.

Required Qualifications

• Expected graduation between September 2026 and July 2027.
• Available to begin full-time employment from July 2027 onwards.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree required.
• Demonstrated interpersonal, communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Genuine interest in financial markets and macroeconomic trends, with interest in client relationship-building and sales.

Preferred Qualifications

• Permanent right to work in Singapore is advantageous; candidates requiring visa sponsorship may still apply.
• Fluency in Mandarin, Hindi, Thai, or Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
• Highly inquisitive, focused, proactive, and able to exercise discretion with confidential information.
