About the role

Join Jefferies’ London Greek Coverage team in a March 2027 off-cycle internship supporting M&A and strategic advisory work for Greek clients. You will gain hands-on exposure to live transactions, financial analysis, modelling, research, pitch materials, and collaboration with senior bankers and global sector and product specialists.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial valuation, discounted cash flow, and multiples-based analyses.
• Build and use financial models to support client assignments and transactions.
• Prepare pitchbooks, offering memorandums, prospectuses, and other live deal materials.
• Conduct industry and product research and analyse corporate and financial information.
• Participate in financing and M&A transaction execution.
• Contribute to active deal teams while working closely with senior bankers.

Team and Experience

• Support M&A and strategic advisory services for Greek clients across multiple industries.
• Work on domestic and cross-border buy-side and sell-side M&A mandates.
• Gain hands-on experience supporting Greek client coverage in a global investment bank.
• Collaborate with sector and product specialists from around the world on high-stakes deals.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Greek is required for the London Greek Coverage Team.
• Previous corporate finance experience is preferred.
• Demonstrate professionalism, client management ability, and strong technical communication skills.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Be adaptable and able to work independently and collaboratively.
