About the role

The June 2027 London Summer Internship places interns in Jefferies’ Private Fund Advisory team, supporting capital raising and strategic advice for private markets clients. Interns work on active projects spanning private equity, credit and infrastructure, developing skills in financial analysis, due diligence, presentations, market research, client interaction and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Interact regularly with leading private markets fund managers.
• Prepare due diligence reports and investment memorandums.
• Perform quantitative analysis of fund cash flows and valuations.
• Coordinate capital-raising projects, data rooms and investor outreach tracking.
• Prepare pitch materials and investor presentations.
• Research industries, market trends, fund benchmarks and competitive landscapes.

Team and Exposure

• Work within Jefferies’ Private Fund Advisory team in the investment bank.
• Support leading private equity managers and institutional investors globally.
• Gain exposure to private equity, credit and infrastructure strategies.
• Contribute to funds, co-investments and direct deals across multiple sectors.
