About the role
Join Jefferies Credit Partners in London as a private credit investment analyst, supporting direct-lending investments across European industries and regions. The role involves credit underwriting, industry and company research, financial modelling, investment committee materials, transaction execution, portfolio management, and business-development support. The programme is expected to start in July or August 2027.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review new investment opportunities through industry research, company research, underwriting due diligence, and detailed credit analysis.
- Prepare and sensitise financial models, including leveraged buyout and cash flow analyses.
- Help prepare and present screening materials and investment committee approval memoranda.
- Assist with transaction execution and ongoing portfolio management across European regions and industries.
Business Development Support
- Support specialist and client-facing teams with pitch materials, investor diligence, queries, and reporting.
- The role offers opportunities to take on additional responsibility in business-development activities.
