About the role
Join Jefferies’ London Investment Banking Analyst Programme, starting July/August 2027, for hands-on exposure to M&A, financing, restructuring, valuation, modelling, research, and live transactions. Analysts work closely with senior bankers in lean deal teams, prepare transaction materials, contribute to active deals, and develop technical, communication, and client-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform financial valuation, discounted cash flow, and multiples-based analyses.
- Build and use financial models for investment banking assignments.
- Prepare pitchbooks, offering memorandums, prospectuses, and other live deal materials.
- Conduct industry and product research and analyse detailed corporate and financial information.
- Participate in financing and M&A transaction execution.
- Work closely with senior bankers on pitches and live deals.
