About the role
The 2027 Human Resources Summer Analyst Program in New York provides hands-on experience across Training and Development, Community and Engagement, and HR Business Partner teams. Interns complete research, analysis, and recommendation projects, receive orientation, mentoring, and performance reviews, and develop HR, communication, organizational, and relationship-management skills within a global investment bank.
Responsibilities
- Work across HR areas, potentially including Training and Development, Community and Engagement, and HR Business Partner.
- Complete projects involving research, analysis, recommendations, creative thinking, and team input.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Contribute to the team from day one with professionalism, collaboration, and integrity.
HR Team Areas
- Training and Development delivers firmwide training and mental and physical well-being initiatives.
- Community and Engagement supports people-focused initiatives that recruit, develop, and retain employees.
- The HR Business Partner team supports, advises, and provides HR services to the global business.
Candidate Requirements
- Pursue a four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent undergraduate program.
- Expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028, or December 2028 and June 2029.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Show strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including relationship-management ability.
- Demonstrate teamwork, independence, adaptability, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Maintain professionalism, sound judgment, confidentiality, poise, assertiveness, and the ability to work under pressure.
