About the role
London-based Equity Research Spring Insight Programme for first-year students, or second-year students on a four-year degree, interested in banking careers. Participants receive professional skills training, business-area overviews, case studies, mentoring and networking opportunities, with potential consideration for a 2028 Summer Internship offer based on demonstrated performance and potential.
