About the role

The 2028 Investment Banking Summer Analyst Program in Jefferies’ Municipal Securities Group offers a 10-week internship in New York. Responsibilities

• Provide financial modeling to support municipal investment banking activities.
• Build and maintain databases supporting banking and capital-markets work.
• Prepare refunding and restructuring analyses for municipal transactions.
• Create proposal and presentation materials for client and transaction activities.
• Work with senior bankers and interface with underwriters, salespeople, and traders.
• Conduct fundamental analysis and research on companies and markets.
