2028 Investment Banking Summer Analyst Program – New York, Israel Coverage Group

About the role

Ten-week investment banking internship with Jefferies’ New York Israel Coverage Group. Summer Analysts support M&A, advisory, IPO, and capital markets transactions for Israeli-related clients, working directly with senior and junior bankers. The program combines orientation, training, live deal exposure, client interaction, mentorship, professional development, and formal performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Assist with and lead M&A, advisory, IPO, and capital markets transaction execution.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations, marketing materials, and transaction documentation.
• Analyze business plans and value companies using various valuation methodologies.
• Participate in due diligence, drafting sessions, client calls, and client meetings.
• Prepare and manage delivery of internal deal memoranda.
• Collaborate across teams to develop and execute solutions for client needs.

Team and program experience

• Work with Managing Directors, Senior Vice Presidents, Vice Presidents, Associates, and Analysts across the firm.
• Support Israeli investment banking activities from Jefferies’ New York office.
• Complete orientation and training before assuming day-to-day responsibilities on active deal teams.
• Receive instructor and mentor support, social and educational events, and formal performance reviews.
