Responsibilities

• Analyze detailed corporate and financial information.
• Participate in execution of financings, M&A, restructuring, and recapitalizations.

Candidate Requirements

• Currently completing first year of a two-year MBA or equivalent.
• Graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Strong academic background; accounting or finance helpful but not required.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Professionalism, client management skills, and ability to work under pressure.

Locations and Focus

• Positions available in Charlotte, NC and New York City, NY.
• New York program focuses on Real Estate Gaming & Lodging (REGAL) Group.
• REGAL serves clients in Residential, Office, Industrial, Retail, Storage, Casino, Leisure, and Lodging sectors.
• Team of approximately 24 bankers serving clients globally.

Compensation and Commitment

• Salary is $175,000 pro-rated for the 10-week program.
