Responsibilities

• Perform financial valuation including DCF and comparable company analyses.
• Build and utilize financial models for various transactions.
• Prepare pitch books and live deal materials like offering memorandums.
• Conduct industry and product research relevant to client needs.
• Analyze detailed corporate and financial information.
• Participate in execution of financings, M&A, restructuring, and recapitalization.

Candidate Requirements

• Currently completing first year of a two-year MBA or equivalent degree.
• Graduation expected between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Strong academic background; finance or accounting helpful but not required.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Professionalism, client management skills, and ability to work under pressure.
