Program Structure
- 10-week Summer Associate program with orientation and training.

Responsibilities
- Perform financial valuation and discounted cash flow analyses.
- Build and use financial models for various transactions.
- Prepare pitch books and deal materials like offering memorandums.
- Conduct industry and product research relevant to deals.
- Analyze detailed corporate and financial information.

Candidate Requirements
- Currently completing first year of a two-year MBA or equivalent.
- Graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Strong academic background; finance/accounting helpful but not required.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills.
