About the role
Three-month Investment Banking internship in Jefferies’ Zurich office, starting June or July 2027. Interns support senior bankers on pitches and live transactions, including valuation, financial modelling, research, pitchbooks, and deal materials. The role offers hands-on exposure to M&A, equity capital markets, and equity-linked transactions in a growing Swiss team.
Responsibilities
- Perform financial valuation, discounted cash flow, and multiples-based analyses.
- Build and use financial models for investment banking assignments.
- Prepare pitchbooks, management presentations, and information memoranda.
- Conduct industry, product, corporate, and financial research.
- Participate in M&A, equity capital markets, and equity-linked transaction execution.
- Work closely with senior bankers on pitches and live deals.
Internship experience
- Gain exposure to Jefferies’ global, client-focused investment banking platform.
- Work within lean deal teams and contribute to active projects from day one.
- Develop hands-on experience in an entrepreneurial and collaborative environment.
- Handle multiple projects while working independently and as part of a team.
