About the role

Six-month Investment Banking internship in Jefferies’ Paris Generalist team, starting July 2027. Interns support senior bankers on pitches, live deals, M&A and financings while conducting valuation, financial modelling, company and market analysis. The role offers hands-on exposure to investment banking products in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial valuation, discounted cash flow, and multiples-based analyses.
• Build and use financial models.
• Prepare pitchbooks and live-deal materials, including offering memorandums and prospectuses.
• Conduct industry and product research.
• Analyze detailed corporate and financial information.
• Participate in executing financings and M&A transactions.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrate professionalism and client management skills.
• Communicate effectively in technical, written, and verbal contexts.
• Multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Adapt, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Fluency in English and French is required for Paris applicants.
