Internship Responsibilities

• Analyze strategic and financial merits of transactions for marketing.
• Build financial models and perform company and asset analysis.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials and managing transaction processes.
• Conduct market research and detailed company profiling.
• Support production of client presentations and valuation materials.
• Engage directly with clients and investors.
