About the Role

• 4-month off-cycle internship in the Global Agriculture sector team based in Amsterdam.
• Work on high-stakes deal situations with global specialists.
• Gain exposure to M&A, IPOs, and financial valuation techniques.
• Perform company, market, and sector analysis using quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Prepare pitchbooks and live deal materials.
• Participate in execution of transactions and client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fundamental company, market, and sector analysis.
• Perform financial valuation including discounted cash flow and multiples analyses.
• Prepare pitchbooks and materials for live deals.
• Analyze detailed corporate and financial information.
• Support execution of M&A and IPO transactions.
• Collaborate closely with senior bankers on pitches and deals.

Candidate Requirements

• Eager to contribute with real, hands-on work on active deal teams.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong professionalism and client management skills.
• Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English is required for the Global Agriculture team.
