2027 Investment Banking Off-Cycle Internship - Benelux Team, Amsterdam (Q2 - April - June)

About the role

Three-month Investment Banking internship with Jefferies’ Benelux team in Amsterdam from April to June 2027. Interns support senior bankers on pitches and live transactions, gaining hands-on exposure to valuation, financial modelling, research, M&A and financings within a lean, global deal-team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial valuation, discounted cash flow, and multiples-based analyses.
• Build and use financial models.
• Prepare pitchbooks and live deal materials, including offering memorandums and prospectuses.
• Conduct industry and product research.
• Analyze detailed corporate and financial information.
• Participate in financing and M&A transaction execution.

Role and Team

• Work closely with senior bankers on pitches and live deals.
• Gain exposure to Jefferies’ investment banking products and industry expertise.
• Work with sector and product specialists from around the globe.
• Join the Dutch Investment Banking team in the Amsterdam office.
