2027 Investment Banking Off-Cycle Internship - Benelux Team, Amsterdam (January - March)

About the role

Three-month Investment Banking internship with Jefferies’ Benelux team in Amsterdam, running from January to March 2027. Interns gain hands-on experience supporting pitches, live M&A and financing transactions, conducting financial analysis, building models, and working with senior bankers and global sector and product specialists.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial valuation, discounted cash flow, and multiples-based analyses.
• Build and use financial models for investment banking projects.
• Prepare pitchbooks and live deal materials, including offering memorandums and prospectuses.
• Conduct industry and product research and analyze corporate and financial information.
• Participate in the execution of financing and M&A transactions.
• Work closely with senior bankers on pitches and live deals.
