About the role
Three-month Investment Banking M&A internship in Frankfurt for 2027, offering hands-on experience on live transactions and pitches. Interns work with senior bankers and global sector and product specialists, supporting analysis, valuation, due diligence, presentations, modelling, and deal marketing in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with M&A and advisory transaction execution.
- Prepare pitchbooks, teasers, information memoranda, and management presentations.
- Participate in due diligence and drafting sessions.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations.
- Build and use financial models, including DCF, LBO, and multiple-based analyses.
- Conduct industry, product, corporate, and financial research.
Opportunity
- Work closely with senior bankers on pitches and live deals.
- Gain hands-on experience within a lean, client-focused deal team structure.
- Work with German M&A bankers and global sector and product specialists.
- Provide availability and preferred 2027 intake among Q1, Q2, Q3, or Q4.
