2027 Investment Banking Internship – Frankfurt, Equity Capital Markets (July / October Start Dates)

About the role

Three-month internship in Jefferies’ Frankfurt Equity Capital Markets team, supporting IPOs, equity follow-ons, equity-linked transactions and active deal workstreams. Interns conduct company and market research, prepare transaction materials, perform financial analysis and build models while working with German and international sector and product specialists.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation and execution of IPOs, equity follow-ons, capital increases, sell-downs and equity-linked transactions.
• Participate in live transaction workstreams, including project management, investor marketing and due diligence.
• Prepare pitchbooks and materials for live transactions.
• Analyze detailed corporate and financial information and perform complex financial analyses.
• Build and use financial models.
• Conduct industry and product research.

Candidate Profile

• Fluency in English and German is required for Frankfurt applicants.
• Demonstrate professionalism, client management skills and strong technical, written and verbal communication.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Show adaptability and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Approach projects with a collaborative spirit and high levels of integrity.
