Internship Responsibilities
- Perform financial valuation including DCF and multiples-based analysis.
- Build and operate financial models for live deals and pitches.
- Prepare pitchbooks, offering memorandums, and prospectuses.
- Conduct industry and product research and analyze corporate financial data.
- Participate in execution of M&A, equity, and debt transactions.

Candidate Requirements
- Fluency in French and English is required for Paris office applicants.
- Previous corporate finance experience is preferred.
- Strong multitasking, communication, and client management skills needed.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively.
- Professionalism, integrity, and a proactive approach are essential.
