Role Responsibilities
- Analyze strategic and financial merits of transactions for marketing.
- Build economic models and perform financial valuations.
- Assist in preparing information memoranda and managing data rooms.
- Conduct industry and product research.
- Analyze detailed corporate and financial data.

Candidate Requirements
- Outstanding academic record, preferably in a numerical subject.
- Prior M&A or capital markets internship or junior analyst experience.
- Strong numerical, financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
- Business and corporate finance understanding.
- Fluency in English and Italian at business level.
