- Cross-product, sector-agnostic team covering public and private M&A, ECM, LDCM, and corporate broking.
- Clients mainly listed in Iberian region, leveraging global Jefferies resources.
- Approximately 1,400 investment banking professionals globally.
- Focus on delivering corporate finance solutions to listed clients in Spain and Portugal.

Internship Responsibilities
- Analyze strategic and financial merits of transactions for marketing.
- Build financial models and perform company and asset analysis.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials, information memoranda, and data rooms.
- Support cross-business development and live transactions.
- Conduct market research and detailed company profiling.

Candidate Requirements
- Eager to contribute to active deal teams with hands-on work.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong integrity, client management, and communication skills.
- Genuine interest in investment banking; prior corporate finance or private equity experience preferred.
